The Covid pandemic indeed played role of the catalyst that consolidated tele-health care that includes RPM (Remote Patient Management) the 'new normal' of healthcare delivery. This enhanced by the effect of the technological advent on the healthcare sector makes RPM invert the perception of the healthcare sector by practically making the healthcare facility come to the patient rather than the patient going to the healthcare facility. AI further enhances this 'new normal' of healthcare thereby adding a new dimension to healthcare particularly by healthcare 4.0 and emergence of Society 5.0 making change management and adaptation crucial for sensitization of healthcare platforms to the dynamically changing external environment -the 'new healthcare ecosystem'. This indeed requires internal adaptation of the healthcare delivery platform to adapt externally providing maximum efficiency output-delivery of healthcare resulting in sustainability of the healthcare delivery platform and enabling the concerned healthcare delivery platform to obtain the competitive advantage. This mentioned internal adaptation of the healthcare platform for refers to the (HIS)healthcare information systems that form the backbone of healthcare delivery. Thus, constant adaptation of the mentioned HIS is to be adapted at constant time intervals by accurately combining change management and technology to devise the optimum strategy for IS adaptation of the HIS. This to be done using the CPA (Co-efficient of Progressive Adaptation) which states that: "the rate of change of progressive adaptation of the concerned information system is directly proportional to the efficiency of the same. Vice-versa". This has been empirically researched and consolidated by seminal findings by the research conducted by HELYXON Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I.I.T. Madras Research Park during the wake of the Covid pandemic when RPM became part of the 'new normal ' of healthcare delivery globally.
