This study evaluates the service quality and business practices of selected hair salons in Nueva Ecija, Philippines, with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. It examines key dimensions such as service reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles, alongside management practices related to operations, customer relations, and employee performance. Using customer feedback and industry standards, the research identifies strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement within local salons. The findings serve as a basis for proposing practical strategies and recommendations that salon owners and managers can adopt to improve service delivery, strengthen competitiveness, and ensure sustainable growth in the evolving beauty and personal care industry.
