Professor Jean-Jacques Chanaron (PhD, HDR) is currently president of the University Institute for Innovation Research (IRUI) and is retired from the french National Centre for Scientific Research. Dr. Rui Luo is currently senior researcher with the University Institute for Innovation Research (IRUI). Professeor Yingchuan Yu is currently chairman of Shanghai Systems Engineering society, vice-president of the University Institute for Innovation Research (IRUI) and professor of Shanghai University.
