Synopsis

Isaac Laquedem, the first in a new Classical Dumas Series, was, in the author's words, "the capital work of my life." Taking him two decades to write, and, unlike works such as The Count of Monte Cristo and The Three Musketeers, without any collaboration, he thought that it would one day rival works such as Homer's Iliad and Virgil's Iliad. However, it has never, until now, been presented into English.

In Isaac Laquedem, the history of the world is unfolded through the eyes of the Wandering Jew. The third volume continues Isaac's account to Pope Paul II, taking us graphically through the Passion of Jesus, during which he curses Isaac, for taunting him on the way to crucifixion, to walk the world until the Second Coming...
