"I absolutely love reading this book with my little ones. There are just so many positives about this book - the story is about a little elf called Oliver who dreams of being able to fly. He decides to try to make his dreams come true. He tries a variety of ways and comes up against some problems, but he doesn't give up and his friends help him to achieve his dreams.
The story is so positive that it shows children the importance of not giving up. It also has some humour in it, the attempts that go wrong make my little boy laugh and we love looking at the pictures. They're illustrated by Giorgia Vallicelli, I wasn't familiar with her work and I'm really impressed with it. The illustrations are beautiful and really help to bring this story to life.
