The Marriage of the Lamb
The Prophetic Plan of God Fulfilled
The Bride has been prepared.
The Bridegroom has been revealed.
Now the Scroll must be opened.
Throughout Scripture, God has been moving history toward a purpose greater than judgment, greater than deliverance, and greater than the events that surround the end of the age.
He has been moving toward a wedding.
The Marriage of the Lamb is the concluding book of the trilogy that began with The Portrait of the Bride and continued with The Pattern of the Bridegroom. The first book revealed the Bride and the work of preparation. The second unveiled the mystery of the Bridegroom. Now the final book brings the two together and asks the question that stands at the heart of Revelation:
What must happen before the Marriage of the Lamb can take place?
The answer leads us to the Scroll.
In Revelation 5, a Scroll is held in the right hand of the One seated upon the throne, sealed with seven seals. No one in heaven or on earth is found worthy to open it—until the Lamb appears.
He alone is worthy.
As the seals are opened, the prophetic story begins to unfold. The first four reveal history moving toward its appointed conclusion. The fifth reveals the testimony and cry of the saints. The sixth brings the reader to a dramatic transition—the heavens are shaken, the signs of His appearing are revealed, and the Bridegroom's coming moves from promise toward manifestation.
But there is something deeper taking place.
The Scroll is not merely a record of future events. Its opening reveals the unfolding of God's redemptive plan. What was lost must be reclaimed. What was promised must be fulfilled. What was separated must ultimately be brought together.
And surrounding the opening of the Scroll is something easily overlooked:
worship.
Before the seals are opened, heaven worships the One who is worthy. The Lamb does not seize the Scroll through force; He receives it because He alone is worthy. His worthiness becomes the foundation upon which redemption unfolds.
This book therefore invites the reader to look at the seals differently—not merely as prophetic events to be charted, debated, or calculated, but as movements within the larger story of redemption that leads ultimately to the Marriage of the Lamb.
The journey moves through the Scroll, the seals, the testimony of the saints, the signs in heaven and earth, the revealing of the Bridegroom, and the gathering of those who belong to Him.
And finally, the question becomes:
What was all of this for?
The answer has been present from the beginning.
The marriage was always the goal.
From the garden to the city, from the first promise to its fulfillment, from the Bride's preparation to the Bridegroom's appearing, Scripture reveals a God who desires to dwell with His people.
The story does not end with escape.
It ends with presence.
It does not end with a timeline.
It ends with a wedding.
And it does not end with the question, When will He come?
It ends with an invitation:
“And the Spirit and the bride say, Come.”
The Marriage of the Lamb is the final movement in a trilogy about the Bride, the Bridegroom, and the prophetic plan of God that brings them together.
The Bride is prepared.
The Bridegroom is revealed.
The Scroll is opened.
The prophetic plan is fulfilled.
And the marriage was always the goal.
