Elodie Ellington values houses for a living.

But she has missed something far more dangerous.
Seven people have disappeared. Seven homeowners whose properties Elodie valued shortly before they vanished.
At first, it looks impossible. Then she discovers every suspicious appointment was placed into her diary from inside the estate agency. Someone has been using Elodie to get through people's front doors.
And they aren't finished.
When a new valuation appears in her diary, Elodie recognises the address immediately. It's her own.
