Synopsis

The Druid gods is an illustrated hybrid of non-fiction & fictional retellings, which uses the theory of a previously unified pan-european deity set to create an illustrated re-imagining of what gods the ancient cult worshipped. These druids came from the Germanic regions of Europe, as well as now Scotland and Wales, England, Ireland, France, Germany etc.. The book includes who they might have worshipped and where. In addition it contains key themes and stories the cults shared. In it you will meet their main gods, some of which are well documented, as well as lesser-known gods.

In addition, there is a reinterpreted pagan text that was christianised by monks in ages after, a short pagan version of Beowulf. The pantheon is Nature centric, focussed on a "consensus" of Gaule, Scottish Welsh, and Irish legend, including Cernunnos and his potential aliases, but centred on the family tree of the mother God. Ending with Lugh the hero god, whom shares similarities to Greece’s Apollo.
