Synopsis

In The Tower and the Promise, young readers journey from the bustling city of Babel to the wide-open lands of Canaan in a colorful retelling of Genesis 10–13.

First, the people of the world work together to build an enormous tower reaching toward the heavens. But when they begin to forget God and focus on making a great name for themselves, everything suddenly changes. Their words become mixed up, the building stops, and families scatter across the earth.

Then young readers meet Abram and Sarai. God asks Abram to leave everything familiar behind and travel to a land he has never seen. With no map to guide him, Abram chooses to trust God and follow wherever He leads. Along the way, children will discover God's incredible promise to Abram, his peaceful response to conflict with Lot, and the beginning of a family that God promises will become too large to count.

The Tower and the Promise is filled with bright, expressive illustrations, simple storytelling, and important lessons about faith, trust, humility, generosity, and being a peacemaker, helping bring these foundational Bible stories to life for young readers.

Perfect for:
- Family Bible story time
- Bedtime reading
- Sunday school and children's ministry
- Christian homeschool families
- Parents and grandparents introducing children to Scripture
- Young readers learning what it means to trust God even when they don't know what comes next

From a tower built to make people famous to a journey built entirely on faith, The Tower and the Promise reminds children that God's plans are bigger than anything we can build—and that sometimes the greatest adventure begins by simply trusting Him enough to take the next step.
