Synopsis

"Black-on-black crime" is a street slogan. This book steals it back.

The slogan is a later anesthetic. It trains your eye on the poor shooting the poor, and off the deed. This book pins the phrase where the first crime actually sits: incoming power against nations already on the soil — kill, claim, declare extinct — then a paler administrative caste ushered in to police what remains.

Ushered, not founded.

Inside: three stacks, never fused. The standing nations, already here. The first-wave colonials, incoming, armed, deed-hungry, descriptor-rich. The later hired caste, poorer pale intake turned police, ward, clerk. Franklin's 1751 map as exhibit. The dictionary heist, word by word — swarthy meant black before the dictionaries repainted it. Twelve art plates. Every claim paper-backed, every number sourced from hostile or neutral witnesses, never the story's authors.

Book II of the Paper Empire series, following The Purging: The Erasure of Indigenous Dark-Skinned Europeans.

Read with the glasses on. If the paper does not say Africa, Africa is not in the argument.
