Synopsis

When a young girl moves to a farm for the very first time, she can't wait to meet all the animals. The friendly cows welcome her right away, but one little donkey is too scared to come near anyone. Patient and kind, the girl spends her days sitting quietly with him, talking softly, and sharing his favorite treat—fresh, juicy apples.

As time passes, the frightened donkey learns to trust her, and the two become the best of friends. Every day, as she feeds him apples, the girl tosses the seeds into the fields without a second thought. Together they enjoy countless adventures, creating memories she will cherish forever.

But when the donkey must leave the farm, the girl is heartbroken. She misses her best friend and wonders if she will ever see him again.

Years later, something unexpected begins to grow from the seeds she scattered while feeding her beloved donkey. What starts as a simple act of kindness blossoms into a beautiful reminder of the friendship they shared and the love that never faded.

Filled with heart, friendship, and a touch of farmyard wonder, this touching story shows young readers how patience, kindness, and love can grow into something truly beautiful—just like an apple seed becoming a tree.
