A whole valley has spent a year singing a song about Fizzle. There is only one problem with it. It isn't true.
In the song, the Wrong-Fire Dragon looks at trouble, decides exactly what it needs, and breathes it. Frost. Vines. Whatever's wanted. It is a wonderful song, and the little dragons of Sunhollow sing it at bedtime.
Fizzle knows he can't choose. He has never once been able to choose. But when a whole valley cheers, and unveils a stone statue of you ten times your size, and asks you to mend the great cracked Sap Bough that feeds everybody... it gets harder and harder to say so.
So Fizzle says yes.
That night the bough splits. By morning all of Sunhollow is glued to the ground under a tide of sticky golden gloop - and the only thing that can save it is the one thing Fizzle has been far too embarrassed to say out loud.
A laugh-out-loud illustrated chapter story for ages 7-9, full of silly sound effects, soap suds, popcorn, one very determined goat, and a warm message that lands without a lecture: a story about you gets you cheered, but only the true one gets you helped.
Kids and parents will love that it's:
A warm, sticky, very funny adventure about telling the truth. Join Fizzle, Pip and the whole valley today.
