Synopsis
Eleven-year-old Lily lives a quiet, lonely life in a village beside a forbidden forest. Her parents won't let her past the garden fence, the girls at school tease her, and animals, strangely, are never afraid of her.
One moonlit night, a trail of footprints leads Lily into the forest, where she meets Star, a golden dog who can speak to her, and Summer, a bright macaw from a hidden jungle. Together they discover a magical island of forests, jungles, deserts, mountains and savannahs, and an evil spirit turning its animals wild.
To save them, Lily must gather an animal army, brew a rescue potion across every land, and find the courage she never knew she had.
A heartwarming adventure about belonging, bravery, and the friendships that find us when we finally find ourselves.
