Synopsis

Frankie DeMarco is a ghost haunting a dead town. A former paramedic who let an eighteen-year-old girl die on his watch, Frankie, now works the overnight shift at the Silver Moon Diner in Millhaven, New York, a place that has been slowly rotting since the plastics plant left and took the town's soul with it. By 2:00 a.m., the only customers are truckers, insomniacs, and a mute runaway named Maya who draws pictures of things she shouldn't be able to see.
Then the radio turns on by itself.
It is a 1978 Sears AM/FM, wood-paneled, unplugged for years. But one night, it crackles to life. Static. And underneath the static, a voice. Soft. Patient. Hungry.
The voice knows about the accident. It knows about the pills and the whiskey and the guilt that has been eating Frankie alive for four years. It knows about his daughter, Lily, who he abandoned after the divorce. It even knows the Italian lullaby his dead grandmother used to sing.
"Come back to the well, Frankie. It misses you."
