Beyond Training was born from a growing concern that developed over years working with corporate learning and Customer Success within large organizations. While supporting companies across different industries, I began noticing something frustrating: much of what Learning and Development departments measure relates far more to the execution of training than to the transformation it is supposed to generate.
Conversations usually revolve around access rates, completed courses, hours consumed, and compliance metrics. Yet the most important question rarely emerges: did people actually change after learning?
Because training, by itself, transforms no one. Distributed content does not guarantee development. And engagement cannot be reduced to clicks or certificates.
In this book, I propose a reflection on learning, subjectivity, collective intelligence, and artificial intelligence, connecting theory and organizational practice through the 10+ model. More than discussing technology, my intention is to bring back to the center an essential question: are we merely training people, or are we truly helping them transform?
