Dennis Stovall (1946-) is a photographer, writer, editor, book designer, publisher, and Emeritus Professor of Publishing at Portland State University in Portland, Oregon, and founder of Ooligan Press at PSU, Blue Heron Publishing, and Media Weavers. He is the co-author of Classroom Publishing: A Practical Guide to Enhancing Student Literacy (Blue Heron Publishing, 1992).
