We believe that “progress begets progress”. As you take steps, it becomes easier to take additional steps. You need to be doing things. The question should be “how many steps am I trying to accomplish in the next thirty days”. Then, based on the progress you make, how many steps am I taking in the following thirty days. This is a pathway to sustainability.
