Sage grew up in the northwoods where she obsessed over reading, wrote fantastical poetry and prose in private, loved spooky things, and binged watched Supernatural more than 100 times. Attending the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, Sage obtained a Bachelors of Science Education degree specializing in English; along with a minor in Anthropology. She spent the majority of her 20's teaching students that reading is an experience and it's accessible for everyone (No, seriously, even audiobooks and comics). While she loved her work, the gremlin in the back of her mind kept nagging at her to write a book.
