Since her teaching career began in 1985, Lisa has dedicated 17 years to inspiring high school students across all levels of mathematics and computer programming. Her journey in education continued to flourish as she transitioned to teaching at the college level in 2011, where she has expertly guided students through a spectrum of courses ranging from College Algebra to Differential Equations.Lisa's passion for integrating technology and mathematics led her to author the innovative textbook, Programming Precalculus with Python, a work she believes will revolutionize the way precalculus is taught by merging traditional concepts with modern computational techniques.Lisa's academic foundation is as impressive as her teaching portfolio. She earned her B.S. in Mathematics-Computer Science from UCLA, followed by an M.Ed from UCLA and an M.A. in Mathematics from UC Riverside.
