Synopsis

Pray with the voices of Ireland's earliest saints.

This prayer journal offers daily spiritual companionship through excerpts from the lives and writings of Irish saints—drawn directly from medieval Latin and Old Irish manuscripts. Each page features a genuine quote from figures like Patrick, Brigid, Columcille, Brendan, and lesser-known holy men and women who shaped early Celtic Christianity, along with spaces for personal reflections and prayers.

Unlike modern "Celtic spirituality" books that romanticize or invent traditions, this journal presents the real thing: prayers, wisdom, and insights preserved in works like the Félire Óengusso, medieval hagiographies, and monastic texts. Whether you're seeking daily devotional practice, ancient Irish wisdom, or an encounter with authentic early Christian spirituality, these voices from Ireland's Golden Age offer timeless guidance.

Features:

• Daily excerpts from ancient and medieval sources
• Space for personal prayer and reflection
• Historical context for each saint
• Beautifully designed for daily use
• Part of The Celtic Saints Series

Discover Celtic Christianity as it actually was—not invented tradition, but genuine spiritual heritage preserved across centuries.
