This book is a work of fiction, but it represents a journey of many genuine and fulfilling experiences. Aria Koberg is a senior in high school. She plays basketball, runs track, and rides for the Lake Travis Mountain Bike Team. As the founder of First Gear Events and Mini Riders, a girls-only summer mountain bike camp offered in multiple states, Aria has worked tirelessly to encourage more girls to participate in the sport of mountain biking. She is a GRiT (Girls Riding Together) Ambassador for the National Interscholastic Cycling Association and won the 2024-2025 GRiT Inspiration Award for her efforts in raising awareness and building community.
