The 40 something redhead meets the latest celebrity chef opening a restaurant in wine country. Will Chef Delicious be the perfect recipe for disaster or her happily ever after?

Robyn was once an aspiring model, flash forward thirty years and two grown children later she can't honestly say she's happy with her life. A husband that neglects her both emotionally and physically seems more interested in revving up his Corvette than passion in their marriage.

Hello, I am Gail Robin Raes. I wrote Picnics in the Vineyard as a fictional story inspired from actual events in my life. Born in Southern California I have lived in both Huntington Beach and Napa which were featured in the story.

I began writing the book in 2015 from a short story I had written in 1990's. It is a romantic comedy and contemporary women's fiction.
