Synopsis

Attack the police .... They take it personally!

The brutal death of a colleague sees a police task force, led by Inspector David Parker, go down a rabbit hole of international crime and home-grown terrorism.

A secretive army Major and new Constable join the team - but are they all they seem to be?

The crimes appear unconnected until it all falls into place and the gravity of the situation becomes apparent.

Can they stop:

• an assassination?
• a mass casualty event?
• an attack from beyond the grave on the nation's capital?

Can Parker save Dianne White before she becomes collateral damage or will he lose her forever?

'A Failure to Act' takes you on a wild ride.
