Lalani Jay is an author and a business owner with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from London.

She is an author of two books about business, self-employment and self-evaluation for start-ups. Everything in her business books form a great reference for those who aspire to succeed in their enterprise and to gain a full understanding of how to develop a small business gradually and effectively while building upon their own skills. She has also written a book on positivity and motivation.

Journey of Hope and Triumph is her fourth book.

Lalani does her best writing at home in her garden in spring or summer. The combination of a finely brewed coffee and piece of toast with orange marmalade makes for good writing. She says,

"My garden is where I've gotten calmer, focused and more work done than I ever have before."

Lalani loves to play basketball and she is also a great teller of stories - but not all of them are true.
