Synopsis

Escaping organ trafficking, Kemal, a Turkish boy with no identity, takes refuge in an Anatolian village, adopted by the blacksmith Suleyman. At a young age, he attends a training camp for Islamic terrorists before returning to his hometown, Istanbul, where he unknowingly meets his real mother.
