Synopsis

Alexander, a successful architect, and Victoria, an illustrator, live in Seattle, Washington. They met in college where their love is undeniable. However, Alexander's indiscretions and serial affairs lead him to develop a STD, which, unbeknownst to either Alexander or Victoria, results in Victoria's hospitalization for sepsis. Alexander is haunted by risking Victoria's life with this often-fatal condition. The story follows Alexander as works through guilt, remorse, and fear of losing his soulmate, all the while trying to be a good father to his daughter, Seraphina. With Victoria's encouragement, Alexander seeks therapy to work through whether or not he should confess to Victoria and hope she forgives him or to maintain his secrecy which is tearing him apart.
