It is not intended as a guide or manual for performing "sadhana". Spiritual sadhana should always be undertaken within the guru tradition, following proper initiation and under the direct guidance of a guru. It will be highly desirable to read and feel part 1 and 2 of the book series to truly comprehend the transformative power of desire for moksh.
