The author was born and raised in Miami, FL as Juliane Star Donald, also living for a few years in Gainesville, FL and Tulsa, OK. She lived most of her adult life in Central FL. She returned to Miami shortly before the Covid 19 epidemic where she was inspired to spread joy from a safe distance. She started to hold up "Have Faith!" signs and to salute people. She began dancing and blowing kisses from the medians and the street corners. That was the beginning of Timeless Jubilee. Now Timeless Jubilee continues to encourage others and to remind them to smile through the hard times. She has now expanded her outreach as an author, musician, and comedian.
