Synopsis

- This sounds more like a scam to me! The silence in the courtroom contrasted sharply with the sound of engines outside, until it was broken by the prosecuting attorney. Air purifiers, electric motors of vehicles, sounds vaguely reminiscent of bees (or mosquitoes?), competed with some murmurs in the background, from completely unknown people (journalists, businesspeople, legal assistants?), nothing escaped my ears. The adrenaline of combat sharpens the senses, at least for the first 24 hours. - It's crystal clear that the defendant is inducing his consumers to buy a lie, subtly embedded in his products. Outside, a heat of Dantean proportions. After all, why did the judge demand that this preliminary hearing be in person? All parties could participate comfortably from their air-conditioned rooms, through their mobile devices. - This lie is an offense to all customers who prefer to consume this natural water over other brands, offending free trade and harming all honest companies in the market. If there were truly a completely free market, people would buy whatever they wanted, and they wouldn't need to spend hours watching all kinds of influencers on social media to discern their choices about whether or not to buy something. Free will no longer exists, except for some digital hermit who has taken a vow of poverty and silence. - Once all the factual and legal elements that support this action have been exposed, it is requested that the opposing party be ordered to remove from the market its products bearing the brand "Water Comet," the revocation of the registration of said brand, and, in particular, any dissemination in any type of media that refers to said brand or to the absurd idea that only Water Comet markets this product, essential to life, as having an extraplanetary origin, that is, the false notion that the water the consumer is drinking came from outer space.
