British sculptor Maya Hartley came to Lanzarote to rebuild her life after a difficult divorce - not to find a body on the rocks below her terrace. But when she recognises the dead man as Victor Drummond, a London art dealer with connections to her past, staying out of it becomes impossible.
When Maya discovers that her own sculpture has been forged and sold across Europe, the investigation becomes personal. Someone has been running a sophisticated art forgery operation from the heart of the expat community she now calls home - and they'll do anything to keep it buried.
