Dr. Dawne Washington, PhD is an International Psychologist, author, educator, and consultant whose work explores the intersection of psychology, identity, emotional survival, and conditional belonging.

She is the creator of the Glass House Conditioning framework, a positional model examining how people learn to shrink themselves in order to feel accepted, safe, or chosen. Her work blends psychology, cultural insight, emotional healing, and lived experience to help individuals rebuild self-trust, authenticity, and emotional freedom.

Dr. Washington has worked across multiple continents and spent more than a decade working with families in New Jersey's child protective system before serving as a clinician at a restorative school in Delaware. She currently teaches Psychology, Sociology, and History while continuing her work in mental health, education, and publishing.

She is the founder of Brown Girl's Vision LLC and the author of multiple works focused on identity, healing, emotional regulation, and cultural psychology.
