In a world that is slowly losing its mind, ordinary life has been replaced by an Unnatural Mist—a thin veil between worlds that acts as a conduit for malevolent energy and a direct trigger for your character’s deepest fears.
Forget traditional hit points; in this game, your mental state is your most critical and fragile resource. The heart of the experience is the Fear and Insanity System, where every unsettling encounter chips away at your psyche. Accumulating permanent psychological scars can lead to personalized phobias or the ultimate corruption: a grotesque body horror transformation where your character becomes a direct manifestation of the evil, serving as a "living reminder" to the survivors who remain.
