Synopsis

Book IV — Categorical Microcosm is the most empirically anchored volume of the Panta Rhei Research Program. Once Books I–III earn the kernel and the universal operator, Book IV reads the fiber T² as the arena of quantum mechanics, particle physics, atoms, chemistry, condensed matter, and fluids. Every dimensionless prediction is a closed-form rational function of one master constant ιₜ = 2/(π+e).

The Joint Core — vacuum to hydrogen

Part I builds the ontic sequence shared by Books IV and V: vacuum → neutron → (β−) → proton + electron + antineutrino → hydrogen. The neutron is earned as the minimal stable defect bundle on the kernel; β-decay is structural; hydrogen closes the sequence. Inside the Joint Core, the program’s signature closing identity surfaces: α = (121/225) · ιₜ⁴, from three U(1) holonomy integrations on T², residual 9.8 ppm against CODATA.

What this volume honestly does not do

Book IV derives ratios, not absolute masses. Every L₁ identity is dimensionless; the single SI anchor, the neutron mass, is consumed once, in Book V. Roughly fifty of sixty-seven L₁ identities are post-dictions under the program’s structural a-priori discipline; the timing ledger is published rather than concealed.
