Migrant entrepreneurship drives economic growth, innovation, and social integration in many countries. Migrants often contribute to economies by filling labor shortages and establishing businesses that create jobs, stimulate local markets, and foster cultural diversity. However, their participation in the labor market is often constrained by challenges like credential recognition barriers, language differences, limited access to financial resources, and discrimination. Promoting labor market inclusion and supporting migrant entrepreneurship reveals the potential of migrant populations, benefiting both individuals and society. As global migration reshapes economies, understanding the relationship between entrepreneurship and labor market integration may further develop inclusive and sustainable economic policies. Migrant Entrepreneurship and Labor Market Inclusion explores how migrants participate in economic activities through entrepreneurship and employment, and how they integrate with host-country labor markets. It examines the opportunities and barriers migrants face, including access to jobs, financial resources, business support, legal frameworks, and social networks. This book covers topics such as artificial intelligence, labor demand, and wage dynamics, and is a useful resource for business owners, sociologists, policymakers, academicians, researchers, and scientists.
