Synopsis

As organizations integrate AI into their operations, the relationship among ethics, trust, and human-AI collaboration has become essential to success. AI-enabled organizations use intelligent systems to improve decision-making, automate routine tasks, and drive innovation. However, these benefits can only be fully realized when AI is implemented responsibly and transparently. Ethical principles help ensure that AI systems align with organizational values and societal expectations, while trust enables employees to use AI tools with confidence and maintain appropriate oversight and judgment. By fostering ethical AI practices and strengthening trust between people and intelligent systems, organizations can create collaborative environments that maximize both technological capabilities and human expertise. Ethics, Trust, and Human-AI Collaboration in AI-Enabled Organizations explores strategies for responsibly integrating AI while upholding ethical standards, transparency, fairness, accountability, and data privacy. It examines how trust in AI influences effective human-AI collaboration, enabling people and intelligent technologies to work together to enhance decision-making and organizational outcomes. Covering topics such as public trust, risk management, and agentic systems, this book serves as a valuable resource for business leaders, engineers, academics, researchers, and scientists.
