Synopsis

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming how organizations manage talent, develop workforce capabilities, and foster continuous learning in increasingly dynamic workplaces. From streamlining recruitment and performance management to enabling personalized professional development and knowledge sharing, AI-driven technologies enhance the efficiency, responsiveness, and strategic value of human resource management (HRM). This book also explores how AI enhances organizational learning by supporting personalized development, knowledge sharing, and skills growth while addressing critical ethical considerations related to bias, privacy, accountability, and human decision-making. Covering topics such as academic knowledge production and access, management science, and workplace behavior, this book is a valuable resource for HR professionals, managers, business owners, educators, researchers, and scholars seeking to understand and apply AI-driven solutions in the modern workplace.
