I created this book to prime the pump for the many people whom I have trained as Level 1 Certified Lagree Trainers over the years. Especially in France (where I currently reside and teach) and other parts of Europe where the Lagree method is virtually unknown or in its infancy, it is a significant challenge to create a program of consistent, full-body, lower body, and upper body routines that provide the balance, intensity and burn one expects from a Lagree workout. I hope this book helps many people get a head start on creating their own routines for home or studio use.
The book contains more than 400 routines I wrote for the classes I taught as a regular trainer at the Lagree213 studios in downtown Los Angeles, California, at Le Studio Lagree in Paris, and in studios across Europe. The best thing about this book, in my opinion, is that I taught every one of these routines (some of them many times over), and I stand behind each one of them as an effective sequence. I taught these routines many times in-studio, and I filmed over 200 of them with the amazing models at Lagree On Demand.
