Too often she was misunderstood, or told she was imagining things, and that left her feeling alone.

As we grow and become more spiritually wise, we learn that these experiences are not mistakes or reasons to hide, they are gifts to grow into. This story offers the understanding Flame did not always receive, the gentle validation of a child who senses more, and practical grounding language to help her feel safe and steady.

My hope in sharing Flame’s story is simple: to give sensitive children a mirror, to let them know they are seen, and to give caregivers words that honor those gifts. When a child is heard and validated, healing and confidence can begin.
