Synopsis

Praying for the Nation: Lifting Our Nation Before the Throne of Grace is a prayer handbook for such a time as this.
In a world filled with constant headlines, anger, division, and fear, it’s easy to complain, criticize, and feel powerless. But God has given His people a different assignment:
“Supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority…”
— 1 Timothy 2:1–2 (NKJV)
This book is not political commentary. It is a tool for intercession—a way to turn what you see and feel into Bible-based prayers that build up instead of tear down.
Organized into clear, focused sections, Praying for the Nation helps you pray specifically over:

• Government & Leadership – President, Vice President, advisers, Congress, judges, governors, and local officials
• Military & Protection – Armed Forces, borders, law enforcement, first responders, and protection from organized crime and trafficking
• Financial Sector – The economy, businesses, workers, families, stewardship, integrity, and protection from greed and corruption
• Agriculture & Provision – Farmers, crops, food supply, famine, and stewardship of the land
• Health & Care – Doctors, nurses, hospitals, caregivers, mental health, patients, and families
• Education – Teachers, students, schools, universities, and the protection of truth in education
• Environment & Creation – Weather, natural resources, disasters, and care for the earth
• Media & Communication – Journalists, social media, entertainment, and truth in reporting
• Family & Relationships – Marriages, children, elderly, blended families, neighborhoods, careers, and more
• Those Who Serve the Church – Pastors, missionaries, evangelists, teachers, and lay people
• Personal Spiritual Growth & Other Needs – Strength in trials, inner peace, forgiveness, hope, comfort in grief, joy, love, and a call to speak life over our nation

Each prayer is written in everyday language, rooted in Scripture (NKJV), and designed to be read aloud—alone, with family, or in a church or small group setting.
Instead of letting the news steal your peace, let it prompt your prayers.
Instead of using your words to tear down, use them to sow good seed—thirty, sixty, and a hundredfold—for your nation, your community, and your own life.
Lift your voice. Lift your nation.
Come boldly before the throne of grace and pray for the nation.
