In the city of Hull, there lives a psychopath who has been taking advantage of his son and killing people all over the country for years.
Marcus, thanks to a coincidence, comes into contact with the murderer’s son and decides to help him. The teenager would be perfect for Lily, as rescuing him could bring her closer to escaping the otherworldly realm in which she is trapped. Nevertheless, Lily hesitates to take risks, as the situation appears to be more complex than it initially seems. The woman makes a series of poor choices, leading to circumstances that can only be resolved through sacrifices. Innocent blood is spilled, and hope appears to be fading. The damage must be rectified in some manner, and Lily is faced with a critical decision.
Her very existence is no longer the only thing at stake. Whether everyone will finally be able to survive, will be revealed in the second part of A.T. Atmore's "Lily series". The story, full of shocking events and horror elements, is a worthy continuation of the first part. "Even the dead can make mistakes" presents a more breathtaking yet emotionally charged tale, filled with unforeseen twists and turns that maintain the reader's engagement throughout.
Yet, the lingering question persists: can Lily reclaim her freedom?
Has she endured sufficient punishment to embark on a new life?
However, only the creative force has the power to decide the answer.
