Synopsis
The Traffice Officers
It is a story about 2 new rookie traffic officers back in the late 1990s. Boogie Boyd is a lovable fat man with a love for information which he gets mostly off the TV. What he learns he tries to use in his daily life, but because of his stupidity, it normally turns out to go wrong. Jerry Pickles is his perfect match because Jerry’s character is competitive, compulsive, and entrepreneurial. Well, he tries, but nothing really goes right because he's stupid too. Now both rookies at the LA traffic training school, they meet up for the first time and become buddies. At the same time, Jerry is spotted by a sex-mad training officer, Leona Spink, and by lunch the same day, she’s got Jerry Pickles by the ball and promised him promotion as she lets go of his balls. She says, I’ll call, Yeah, BIG BOY. With Jerry's other part-time business already running a pet day care business, fun is just around the corner as they go forward in their new career path as parking enforcement officers under the firm hand of Captain O'Grady, a hard-nosed training officer all now on the search for parking violators who they want to bring to justice.
