About the Authors

William Zhang is a medical student from New York. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Stony Brook University. He is currently completing his MD degree at New York Medical College.

Dr. Seraphina Choi is a physician specializing in radiation oncology. She was born in New York, but spent much of her childhood in Florida. Seraphina earned her undergraduate degree in Medical Anthropology at the University of Miami as part of its combined Bachelor’s/MD program. She graduated from the Miller School of Medicine in 2024 and is currently completing her residency in radiation oncology at the University of Southern California.
