Routledge), to which useful reference may be made. The key point sub-headings under Topics should also aid comprehension of the law but recourse to further reading is recommended.

As a casebook, there will be regular updates and the author welcomes notifications of errors, omissions or any other observations.

The book primarily relates to the law of England and Wales but those in other common law jurisdictions will also find matters of relevance.
