In 1970, America is a high-security prison in the heart of Tornado Alley. Convicted mass murderer Bill Bow awaits the electric chair, turning to god, he calls to be released and taken to heaven. Meanwhile, after being recaptured, prisoner Jackson is innocently imprisoned. After being attacked, he fought back. They find themselves at the prison that now lies in the direct path of converging EF5 tornadoes.
