Back in 2023 I lost my laptop full of important documents. In it there were most of my first writing projects and some projects I started but stopped working on them until I feel myself fill of energy and knowledge on the topic to continue these projects.
I downloaded books, videos, audios and much more on this laptop. But my biggest pain was the fact that I lost every trace of my book project name “the invaders”. I worked so much on a concise planning of the chapters that I planned to include in it.
I also have so many writings portion whether for applying for schools or programs. I mean that was the second time I lost a bunch of important writing portion important for me, this time was even harder for me to swallow. However, I decided I wouldn’t let this stop me from heading forward.
I decided that I needed to refuel my imagination to start over again.
But one thing about losing this laptop and deciding that I will start some of the projects over, is that ,this will end up giving me more eager and give place to new ideas for my creativity.
And I think that’s where the idea to work on this new project come. The lost laptop is kind of a narration of my progress toward my writing journey and especially once I’ve lost my laptop full of 6 years of work and materials. This lost laptop saw the birth of my writing desire translated into first writing projects. It saw my other projects like starting coding and my desire to become a programmer. It also saw me pausing my desire to become a programming for a shifting into a new desire to start a journey into writing.
after taking some time I decided to not let this stop me. Many years later I discovered this song wrapping up what I felt when I finally consider myself back to business.
“If you believe you can move the highest mountains, cross the greatest oceans and walk into the water..” Patch Crowe
Moreover, I later read the book exploring the different technics and the philosophy I decided to live by.
This book name is: “So good they can’t ignore you: Why skills trump passion in the quest for work you love” of Cal Newport. And this profound philosophy helped me get back in working sufficiently to keep the belief alive.
