Computer Vision Camouflage - This one in particular has significant military applications.

One of the most prominent applications of computer vision camouflage is in the military and defense sectors. Soldiers, vehicles, and other military assets can be equipped with specialized camouflage materials and patterns to evade detection by enemy surveillance systems, including those that utilize computer vision algorithms.

This technology is particularly valuable in modern warfare, where the reliance on drones, satellite imagery, and other advanced surveillance technologies has increased. By concealing their presence from these computer vision-based systems, military forces can maintain a strategic advantage and enhance their operational security.

As military drones scale into massive drone swarms, they must become more autonomous. Drone autonomy reduces the dependence on external commands using the electromagnetic spectrum which means opportunities for manipulation using artificial intelligence (AI).

Using a swarm’s intelligence against it may be far more effective than shooting down thousands of drones or blasting them with electromagnetic energy.
