This is a supernatural horror story about Bobby Smith, a news journalist investigating the serial killer known as Eighties Slasher: a mysterious murderer who dresses like a masked 1980's slasher villain. After tracking down the infamous killer to the small American town of Rockwood, Bobby is soon attacked by the slasher and sent back to 1986, 38 years into the past. He finds himself lost in a time before he was even born, with seemingly no way of escape. Things get much worse for Bobby, as Eighties Slasher begins to haunt the past too, like entering a classic horror film; Bobby must fight to survive. Perhaps in this strange dream world, he can find the answers behind the identity of this monstrous killer and prevent pure evil from raising hell on earth.
Screaming In Your Sleep is about being stuck in an alien place, where the greatest fear is never returning home.
Written by Joseph Roy Wright, the English author behind Paranormal Homicide, Frantic Terror and Murder Mysteries.
