The recent fires in Southern California have made it very clear that we need new systems for fire management in the area.
In this publication we discuss the future of fire management in Southern California.
Specifically, we provide a detailed design for a completely new system fire suppression technologies.
This new system will eliminate all fires of any size, and regardless of the weather.
We can also eliminate multiple large-scale fires at the same time.
Using these new technologies we can extinguish all of these large-scale fires within a few hours.
Therefore, the purpose of this publication is to describe this new fire suppression system.
We will provide the complete details on each of the related technologies for the reader to properly build and operate the system.
Overview of the System
The basic operation involves pumping ocean water to the fire locations. We will gather ocean water in great volumes, and deliver to any location in California within the hour.
This will be achieved using a series of Distribution Centers, Regional Storage Tanks, Ejection Systems, Pumping Technologies, and a Network of Pipes.
We will also use a variety of different fire suppression methods using the ocean water, each of which are extensions of the main system.
The variety of fire suppression technologies using this system allows us to extinguish any large-scale fire, anywhere in California.
Each of these technologies has been carefully designed and placed together for the maximum efficiency of delivering large volumes of ocean water to any fire event.
Using this system, we will be able obtain the massive amounts of water needed to extinguish any fires, including the largest of fires.
We will also be able to obtain this water, regardless of weather conditions or improper management prior to the event.
This publication will provide the complete details for the system. This includes all technologies required and practical operations.
We also discuss the multiple methods for fire suppression using this system. The system allows for multiple methods of using this ocean water in various locations.
In addition, we discuss other practical design factors such as corrosion resistance, earthquake protection, and routine maintenance.
