In a vibrant swamp teeming with life, young Francis the frog faces his greatest challenge any frog could face. That challenge is being different than the other frogs of the colony. After daringly experimenting with spicy Cajun peppers he could not go back to regular frog food. Francis will learn the dangers of keeping as his secret puts the rest of the frog colony in danger. All he wants is the other frogs to enjoy spicy food like he does but will they dare try a spicy pepper or will they hold onto traditions of Great Mother.
Even with the colony reluctance to try something different Francis unwittingly puts his entire colony at risk as he sneaks spicy food during the Cypress Creek Potluck. This spice attract the one person the colony is hiding from--Gregory the Aligator.
When his culinary experimentation attracts the attention of Gregory, the mean old alligator, the frogs must confront their fears and traditions. As Francis's spicy creations lead to a dramatic encounter with Gregory, he learns that embracing change can come with unexpected consequences
Join Francis on a journey of self-discovery, friendship, and the importance of community as he navigates the fine line between tradition and innovation in a tale filled with humor, heart, and a dash of spice. Will he become the hero his community needs, or will his bold choices put them all at risk?
