Kindness – The accident happened on the coldest day of the year. Tom and Georgia’s grandfather breaks his leg on a walk to the mailbox. As he convalesces over the next few months, his family and neighbours show him much kindness. When he heals, he demonstrates kindness back to them.

Be Good – Beth Martin has her hands full trying to balance life as a wife, mother of two, and caregiver to her invalid father. When her son, Davey, visits a friend and is accused of being a bad influence, both families must come to terms with what it really means to be good.

The Faithful Ivor Kane – When Alease is asked to write an article about Ivor Kane, it leads her back to her hometown – her family, her church, and friends she had left behind. As she learns about the faithfulness of this man who had attended her home church, she begins to question her own life and relationship with God.

A Gentle Man – Ever since his wife died, retired teacher Tom has struggled with loneliness, grief, and an unresolved fight with his son. After a convicting sermon, he endeavors to soften his heart by befriending a local waitress and her teenage son.

Temperance – Twin sisters, Amy and Alice, have chosen totally different lifestyles and priorities and have grown apart. The two are reunited when Alice is injured in an accident, and she recuperates in her sister’s home. Despite a rocky start, Alice comes to see value in the life Amy has chosen and learns the real meaning of temperance.
